La crisi, innescata dal Covid, sta portando cambiamenti strutturali su tutti i fronti. Fiducia e lealt\u00e0 al marchio stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 intrecciate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le 7 tendenze principali in atto nel marketing<\/strong> vanno verso la soddisfazione dei bisogno reali delle persone, della comprensione del momento storico e della nuova realt\u00e0 che stiamo vivendo, come \u00e8 naturale che sia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vediamole assieme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) <strong>Scopo:<\/strong> l&#8217;azienda deve avere ben presente quale \u00e8 il suo obbiettivo e chi sono i suoi stakeholder. Chi ha ben chiaro i suoi scopi, e i suoi punti di forza \u00e8  una posizione unica per affrontare i cambiamenti in atto.<br>2) <strong>Agilit\u00e0<\/strong>: bisogna investire in innovazione, ma anche in immaginazione. La tecnologia da sola non basta, servono idee e calore umano. <br>3) <strong>Connessioni umane<\/strong>: creare connessioni autentiche, non comprare like o seguaci finti \u00e8 ora \u00e8 pi\u00f9 importante che mai, ancora pi\u00f9 essenziale della velocit\u00e0 di commercializzazione o dell&#8217;efficienza.  <br>4) <strong>Fiducia<\/strong>: la fiducia nasce quando mantenete le vostre promesse. Dovete essere, oggi pi\u00f9 che mai, trasparenti, coerenti e affidabili.  <br>5) <strong>Partecipazione<\/strong>: dovete coinvolgere il cliente a un livello pi\u00f9 profondo, andando oltre le risposte passive, dategli consigli sul vostro campo,  partecipate alle loro conversazioni (sia con il marchio direttamente che sui social media) e creare contenuti rilevanti in primo luogo per i vostri utenti e poi per il marchio.<br>6) <strong>Fusioni<\/strong>: create, se potete, partnership commerciali innovative, con aziende che implementino il vostri business fornendo servizi e facilit\u00e0 d&#8217;uso ai vostri clienti.<br>7) <strong>Coltivate nuovi talenti, attenti al digitale<\/strong>: i team di marketing devono sviluppare nuovi modelli di talenti per differenziarsi in un ambiente digitale in rapida evoluzione: responsabili delle informazioni sui dati, della creazione di contenuti dinamici e dei media di propriet\u00e0 e guadagnati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come hanno reagito i consumatori a queste tecniche? Hanno avuto reazioni positive: quasi quattro persone su cinque potrebbero citare un momento in cui un marchio ha risposto positivamente alla pandemia e uno su cinque ha concordato fermamente che ha portato a lealt\u00e0 da parte loro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo, in sintesi estrema, quanto emerge dal nuovo rapporto Global Marketing Trends 2021 di Deloitte Insights.
